Upload Prescription

1. Verify that the complete prescription, including the letterhead from the doctor or clinic, is visible in the photograph or scan.

2. Make sure the photo is taken so that the handwriting or type is clearly visible.

3. The file shouldn't be larger than 10 MB.

4. A maximum of 2 prescriptions can be uploaded per order.
